Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate shipment instructions, material safety information, and regulatory documents within agreed timelines.
Nominate authorised contacts to receive operational updates and milestone notifications.
Settle invoices as per the agreed credit period and notify us promptly of any disputed charges.

Harsh Express Commitments

We will perform services with reasonable care, in line with industry standards, and in compliance with applicable transport and customs laws. Service levels are subject to factors outside our control such as weather events, border clearances, or government directives.

Fees & Payment

Pricing is outlined in commercial agreements. Additional surcharges (fuel, detention, storage) may apply based on actual usage. Late payments may attract financing charges as permitted under Indian law.

Liability & Insurance

Liability is limited to the lesser of the cargo value or the limits defined in the relevant contract, subject to governing carriage laws. Customers are encouraged to maintain adequate cargo insurance for full value coverage.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, imagery, and content on this website remain the property of Harsh Express or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute materials without prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or upload malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend access for suspicious activity.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services in line with notice periods defined in the contract. Outstanding charges and obligations remain payable upon termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties will first attempt amicable resolution before pursuing litigation or arbitration.
